We are conveniently located in the heart of the oil and gas industry approximately 100 miles north of Houston in the gentle rolling hills of south central Texas between Lake Somerville and Caldwell on State Highway 36. Our business is nestled among fifty acres of coastal pasture and oak forest. Approximately 3 acres is dedicated to the storage and processing of stone on an all weather gravel pad designed for heavy truck traffic. We have lots of room to store and process your stone.

With 25 years of experience in the oil and gas research industry the president of Kocurek Industries, Inc. brings valuable knowledge to the business of supplying high quality core samples to the laboratories and engineers performing the experiments needed for this type of research. Our test systems have also been designed to carry out tests that meet the needs of these laboratories.

Our core samples have to meet very strict quality requirements before we deliver to the customer. We cut cores from .25” diameter up to 10” diameter and up to 60” in length. We do custom sawing for any shape of core sample. We also manufacture specialty cores such as the conductivity cores from sandstones and carbonates and all surfaces of these cores are machined to very tight tolerance. We ship these cores anywhere in the world via UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS or your choice. We accept AMEX, VISA, MASTER CARD, or Purchase Order on approval.
