We cut many types of sandstone and carbonate core samples from stone supplied by you the customer or we supply many types of stone from quarries located around the world. We keep stock of many types of sandstone blocks in Caldwell including Berea (Grey and Buff), Nugget, Colton, Kentucky, Crab Orchard, Bentheimer, Bandera, Scioto, Idaho, Williamsfork. Carbonate blocks include Indiana Limestone, Edwards Limestone, Austin Chalk, Kansas Chalk, Silurian Dolomite, Bonne Terre Dolomite. Cores can be cut with either oil or brine saturation depending on customer requirements and rock properties can also be provided with most of the stone we stock.

 

Kocurek Industries, Inc. has also developed a line of custom designed test systems including high pressure portable test carts and piston accumulators from carbon or stainless steel and exotic metal. These systems can be set up to run manual or completely automated using your data acquisition system. We use only the highest quality components in our test systems. Haskel Pumps, SwageLok Tubing  & Fittings, Autoclave Valves & Safety Heads, Ashcroft Gauges. Construction material is stainless and aluminum to inhibit corrosion. All systems are designed to meet OSHA and ASME code requirements. We stand behind our systems supplying support and repair if needed.
